Working with you, we can take over the internal specifications including bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, door furniture and paint colours and finishes. Once all these intricate details are agreed, we will undertake the project management working with suppliers, builders and fitters to ensure that no detail is missed. So you can keep your mind on the other aspects of your business.
The Process At Pomegranate Interiors we aim to give you a design service that is defined by you. Using the process outlined below we can help you as much or as little as your needs require.
The Consultation The process begins with your Initial Consultation where we take the brief and discuss your options. If you don't have a brief as such, we will discuss the issues that brought you to us, and work with you to define the project and the level of support you need.
The Report Once the project scope has been outlined you will receive a report defining all areas that have been discussed and our solutions to your problems. You can then decide how you would like to proceed.
Some clients use the report as a tick list of things to do. Others realise that they don't have the time or the know-how to do it themselves and ask us to implement all aspects. The choice is yours. If you decide to hand the project over to us this is what we do.
The Design Adding more detail to the initial report ,we will define colours, layouts and styling issues so that you can start to visualise what your space is going to look like once it is finished. This stage may or may not include colour and ideas boards.
The Specifying This is where we define exactly what products will be required to enhance your space, whether it is a window, a real home, a venue or a show house. In furnished properties we will utilise your items wherever possible, adding accessories where necessary. Alternatively we may be required to define everything down to the kitchen sink!
The Budget Once we know what we are buying and the trade requirements, the final budget can be set. During the design and specifying phases we would have been keeping an eye on your budget but now we will be able to give you a final figure.
The Procurement Using our expertise in creating schemes, we will manage the purchasing process for you. We can often be found trudging round the high streets, little known boutiques and specialist wholesalers, so that you don't have to. Then everything will be delivered to your doorstep in time for the installation.
