AmacusHorizons Group is one of the UK's largest affordable housing providers and is dedicated to providing their tenants with more than bricks and mortar. They work within their local communities striving to improve the socio-economic circumstances of the residents, by providing innovative housing programmes and training schemes.

What did we do?
Pomegranate was asked create show homes in several developments across South London and Surrey. As part of the clients' ethical sales policy, it was important that Pomegranate produced styling solutions that were realistic, affordable and honest.

How much did it cost?
We therefore agreed a restrictive budget of £3,500 per 2 bed room flat and to use high-street products and full-sized furniture throughout. Each scheme cost less than £1000 to design, purchase and install.

What was the result?
Increase sales for the Shared Ownership team now that viewers can really see the potential of the properties.
