What did we do?
Having called Pomegranate in for a consultation they moved forward with the decoration ideas but decided not to style and stage the property. When a sale did not materialise we were called back to completely furnish and style the property to try and secure that illusive sale.

How much did it cost?
Our budget to furnish throughout, accessorise and dress the property was £5,000.

What was the result?
The property sold 2 weeks later just 2.5% under the asking price. The client has reused the furnishings in other properties and obtained speedy sales.
