This property was a DIY SOS. The owners had made many attempts at starting the project and very few at finishing it!

Our client asked us firstly to arrange for intemediary work to be done in order to secure a Buy-to-Let mortgage. Once this had been achieved we moved in and transformed the 3 bedroom wreck into a beautiful home that someone could move into and make their own gradually.

The work undertaken was a simple refresh of the decor, retaining the woodchip we were able to reduce the negative impact that this product usually creates by lifting it with a creative, colourful yet neutral scheme. The lounge was the largest job, needing to be skimmed and the whole of the downstairs was given a much needed lift by introducing oak effect laminate.

The works took about 2 months and we finshed it off by dressing it up to impress. On the Saturday of the launch weekend we were happy to hear that it had sold at the asking price.
