Our client contacted us wondering why their property had not sold. They had eventually decided to rent out the 3 bedroom terrace house but now the tenants were leaving and our client needed to decide what to do next.

During the consultation it became evident that the owner was a first time property investor and had spent a lot of time and money gutting and refurbing the house. They had made a few mistakes such as laying laminate flooring the wrong way and selecting dark grout in conjunction with white tiles... but on the whole they had followed all the rules regarding keeping the decor neutral.

In two weeks we were able to purchase, deliver and install the complete new look and the property sold to the first veiwer, who turned up just as we were hoovering our way out the front door.
