Situated in a converted Victorian villa in the heart of the conservation area surrounding the park it was difficult to understand, on paper, why this property wasn't snapped up long ago. Sadly, though, the re-development of the property during the 80's had been a bit of a hachet job and had left the layout of this particular apartment lacking. With a long bedroom, too narrow to have a bed with side tables and a strange bathroom on a lower level viewers were finding it difficult to imagine how they would be able to live here.

The client gave us the task of addressing the many questions the strange layout raised as well as giving it style and beauty in keeping with todays needs and the Victorian feel of the property.

We dressed and furnished the rooms in less than a week and worked with the estate agent creating a new set of promotional photos. The property sold just a few weeks later at the asking price.
