Smelly House to Fragrant Abode......in just six weeks

Frankly, we were glad to be stepping back into fresh air after our first viewing  of the house in a South London suburb. Run down and smelling like the creature from the black lagoon, the stench stuck to your clothes and nostrils. Years of neglect and use as a drugs den had left the property in a very sorry state.

Mr Brown had contacted us during the purchase becuase he was unsure if he was doing the right thing by adding it to his portfolio. His idea was to buy it cheap, do it up  and put it straight back on the market as fast as possible, in fact all within six weeks. He called us in to see if it was feasible....
