Show My Home Services

 

Dressing a property for sale is very different from creating a show home or designing a your dream home. The idea is to show your home in a non-prescriptive, neautral, calming way that will allow the Viewer to see the potential and convert them into willing and enthusiastic Buyers.The key is changing a property from being OK to transforming it into being desirable!

It doesn't have to cost a fortune, we are lead by your budget and will work with you to understand how to make the most of what you've got. In some cases it can be as simple re-arranging the furniture and changing existing accessories. For others it might be a more complex process. For example, if you have a functioning kitchen and bathroom it is most unlikely that we would suggest ripping them out, however, we might recomend a refresh.

 

Show My Home Consultations 

Our friendly consultation service allows you to benefit from our expert knowledge without delay. Durning the consultatoin you are welcome to take notes or record the advice offered by our trained Show My Home Consultant. Over a cuppa we will firstly discuss the situation so far and your expectations going forward.

Once you have shown us around your consultant will spend a short while in each room to consider cost effective ways to make the most of what you have. After this she will go through the recomendations in detail to help you understand what you could do to give your home the edge over other properties in your area. You will have time to ask questions and your consultant will be happy to clarify any element.

Show My Home Consultations take at least 2 hours and start at £150 for properties with 3 bedrooms or less.

For properties with more rooms we will chargge and extra £25 per room. Travel is free for properties within 25 miles from our Epsom offices, for properties further afield we charge 40p per mile above the first 25 miles. 

Show My Home Written Reports

Our written report service allows you the luxury of not needing to take notes or remember what your Consultant advised during their visit. In addition to a full, room by room list of recomendations the report will also include, room layouts, colour recomendations, accessory lists and costings. Our unique traffic light system will help you prioritise each of the recomendations so you can do the things that will have the most effect first.

Our detailed reports allow you to go  through a check list or direct others to do it for you! .....

Show My Home Written Reports start at £100 for properties with 3 bedrooms or less.

For properties with more rooms we will chargge and extra £10 per room.
