• FREE Property Developer Consultant  - Whatever stage you are with your new development,  big hole in the ground or final fix we are happy to meet with you completely free of charge. The initial consultation is FREE with no obligation to go any further. Just show us around, set your budget and give us your deadline!

• Kitchen and Bathroom Design & Implementation - Many of our clients find the design of these key areas too important to leave to chance so they call in the experts (that's us by the way). Working within the parameters of your target market, your deadline and your budget we will create the perfect kitchens and bathrooms for the whole of your develeopment. We liaise  with the most suitable suppliers relevant for your project, negotiate best price and then manage the inplementation on site. You will be happy to hear we don't add or recieve commision for this service but simply charge a management fee so you can rest assured that we are working for you.

• Pre-designed Show Home Packages - Pomegranate believe in making it easy for our clients, so we have created some beautifully pre-designed show home furnishing packages to appeal to all your potential buyers. Chose between four styles from Coastal, Urban, Classic or Eclectic each with three affordable price points. All our show homes are inclusive of delivery and installation within the M25.
